This right-bank style Bordeaux blend shows the versatility of Elgin fruit. Merlot dominant, followed by Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec, respectively.
The result is a wine that is rich and opulent, with a bright feminine essence and a savoury core. Notes of fresh cherry, cranberry, plum and blackcurrant on the palate, with chocolate and vanilla on the finish.
